I began practising Chi Kung in 2015 and I train regularly with Adam Hellinger and Ole Eskildsen.
I graduated in Shiatsu Shin Tai from the British School of Shiatsu in 2017.
From 2018 to 2020 I worked at Gong Bodywork in Brixton. In 2020 I decided to focus my holistic therapy practice closer to home, in Haringey and Holloway.
In 2019 I completed a postgraduate module in Muscle Energy Techniques and Rhythmic Joint Mobilisation, also at the British School of Shiatsu.
In July 2020 I am taking Introduction to Counselling Skills at the Minster Centre.
In Autumn 2020 I will complete my studies in Zen Shiatsu at Shiatsu College London.
A combination of Chi Kung, Shiatsu Shin Tai and meditation has been transformative, enabling me to come to a place of sustained remission from insomnia and depression, to heal and build my relationships, and to make rewarding changes to my career and work.
I am committed to bodywork practice that is trans inclusive, and I welcome clients of all genders and orientations. I am also committed to making bodywork more accessible and enjoyable for larger bodied people.
I am a member of the Shiatsu Society and am fully insured with Balens for both Shiatsu Shin Tai and Chi Kung.
